This is real, old-fashioned beef jerky.  Lots of places make so called "beef jerky" that is soft, bite size and ridiculously flavored.  Our beef jerky is simple and classic.  Made from round steak, it's seasoned with salt and pepper and then dried in the smoke house with real hickory smoke to achieve that unmistakable, Real Beef Jerky taste and texture.

It's dry and tough as shoe leather - just like jerky used to be when it was still found in cowboy's saddle bags.  If your teeth are sensitive or your palate is over sophisticated, it might be too rugged for you.  If you aren't sure if you can handle "Real Beef Jerky" you should stick to something like this.....sasquatch jerky.
